透明角膜小切口折叠人工晶体植入术

The foldable intraocular lens implantation through a small clear corneal incision

目的评价透明角膜小切口折叠人工晶体植入术的效果。方法经３．５ｍｍ小切口完成４１例４５眼。分别观察视力、角膜地形图及角膜内皮细胞丢失率。结果术后ｄ１，裸眼视力≥０．５占８２．３５％，≥１．０占５０％；术后１个月时≥０．５占１００％，≥１．０占７５．３２％。角膜地形图显示角膜切口附近较为平坦，但术后１月时可恢复至术前状态。角膜内皮丢失率术后１周为９．３７％±４．１２。结论透明角膜小切口折叠人工晶体植入术反应轻，散光小，视力恢复快。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the results of foldable intraocular lens implantation which were performed through a small clear corneal incision.MethodsThe surgery was performed through a 3.5 mm incision on 45 eyes of 41 patients.The visual acuity,corneal topography and the rate of corneal endothelial cell loss were observed.ResultsOn 1 d postoperation,the uncorrected visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 82.35% and 1.0 or better in 50%;0.5 or better in 100% and 1.0 or better in 75.32% at 1 mon.Corneal topography showed flattering near corneal inicision but the change was recovered to the preoperative state after 1 mon.The rate of endothelial cell loss was 9.37%±4.12 at 1 wk.ConclusionFoldable intraocular lens implantation through a small corneal incision results in slight postoperation reaction,less astigmatism and faster recovery of visual acuity.
