内毒素诱导兔角膜新生血管模型实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨新生血管的调控机理,评价新生血管抑制剂的体内抑制作用。方法不同浓度的内毒素与Elvax聚合物混合制成内毒素缓释药膜,将其植入兔角膜层间,对诱导形成的角膜新生血管进行定量分析。结果15%内毒素缓释药膜诱导的角膜新生血管生长规律,密度均匀,范围在一个象限内,角膜水肿轻,便于动态地无创伤性地观察及定量分析。结论内毒素在一定条件下可诱导稳定、规律。 ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism of the control of neovascularization and evaluate the effect of antiangiogenesis drugs on inhibition of neovascularization in vivo.MethodsThe endotoxin sustained release polymers were made by mixing lyophilized endotoxin with Elvax polymers which were implanted into the corneal stroma of the rabbit.The corneal neovascularization induced was measured and quantitatively analysed.ResultsThe neovascularization induced by the 15% endotoxin polymer developed regularly and was limited to one quadrant of the cornea.Corneal edema was easy to observe with quantitatively dynamic and noninvasive analyses.ConclusionEndotoxin can induce stable,regular and well distributed neovascularization in this model.
