复方磺胺甲恶唑滴眼液的药效学研究

A pharmacodynamics study of compound sulfamethoxazole eye drops

目的研究复方磺胺甲恶唑滴眼液（ＳＭＺＥＤ）的体内外抗菌作用。方法采用试管２倍稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）及最低杀菌浓度（ＭＢＣ）。用ＳＭＺＥＤ滴眼观察对兔眼实验性金葡菌及大肠杆菌角膜炎的治疗效果。结果本品对金葡菌、表葡菌、大肠杆菌等１０种菌２０４株，均有抑制作用，但无明显杀菌作用。对兔眼金葡菌及大肠杆菌角膜炎均有显著疗效，与生理盐水对照组相比较Ｐ＜０．０１。

ObjectiveTo study the antibacteria effect of compound sulfamethoxazole eye drops(SMZED)in vivo and in vitro.MethodsMinimal inhibition concentration(MIC)and mimimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)were measured with tube dilution method.The effect of SMZED on experimental keratitis of rabbits induced by saphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli was observed.ResultsThis agent has an inhibition bacteria effect on 204 flora of 10 species such as staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis and escherichia etc,but no bactericidasis.A better curative effect was presented on keratitis of rabbits induced by staphylococcus aureus and escherichia and a significant difference compared with 0.9% NaCl( P <0.01).ConclusionSMZED is an effective drug of treating external eye infection induced by sensitive bacteria.
