FTIR Analyis of the Conformation in D2O of Recombinant HumanGranulocyte-Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor

利用傅里叶变换红外光谱（ＦＴＩＲ）技术研究了重组人粒细脑巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）在重水（Ｄ＿２Ｏ）溶液中的二级结构，结果表明：２０℃时ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ含有３５％α－螺旋，３２％β－折叠，１１％转角和２０％无规卷曲。

y using FTIR technology , we studied the secondary structure of recombinant human gran ulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(rhGM-CSF) in D2O buffer,and found that it contained 35%α-helices,32%β-sheets, 11%turns and 20%random structures at 20 ℃.
