摘要
以灰黄霉素产生菌ＰｅｎｉｃｉｌｌｉｕｍＰａｔｕｌｕｍＤ－７５６为出发菌株，通过紫外线＋氯化锂复合诱变获得了高度耐氯变株Ｆ－２０８，其孢子在含氯化物５％的固体培养基上仍正常萌发和生长，摇瓶发酵培养基氯化物浓度提高到２．０％时。其发酵单位较出发菌株提高１２．５％，同时该菌株仍保持着出发株所具备的优良发酵特性。
eniciliium Patulum D-756 was used as the original strain in the experiment.
After treatments withUV+LiCl three times and two natural selections twice, the mutant strain
F-208 which had the charac-teristics of precursor-resistant was obtained. It's spores could
germinate and grow normally on the solidmedium which had 5%chloride in it. When the
concentration of chloride was ralsed from 1.5%to2.0%, the yield of Griseofulvin increased by
12.5%over the original strain. And the strain F-208retained the good fermentation
characteristics which the D-756 had.
