灰黄霉素产生菌耐前体变株F-208的选育及其特性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以灰黄霉素产生菌PenicilliumPatulumD-756为出发菌株,通过紫外线+氯化锂复合诱变获得了高度耐氯变株F-208,其孢子在含氯化物5%的固体培养基上仍正常萌发和生长,摇瓶发酵培养基氯化物浓度提高到2.0%时。其发酵单位较出发菌株提高12.5%,同时该菌株仍保持着出发株所具备的优良发酵特性。 eniciliium Patulum D-756 was used as the original strain in the experiment. After treatments withUV+LiCl three times and two natural selections twice, the mutant strain F-208 which had the charac-teristics of precursor-resistant was obtained. It's spores could germinate and grow normally on the solidmedium which had 5%chloride in it. When the concentration of chloride was ralsed from 1.5%to2.0%, the yield of Griseofulvin increased by 12.5%over the original strain. And the strain F-208retained the good fermentation characteristics which the D-756 had.
