摘要
糖类是自然界广泛存在的一大类生物分子,它们参与了很多重要的生理和病理过程。这些过程的分子基础都是糖类和蛋白质的相互作用。为此分离有关的糖类,测定其结构,并以此为基础,就能设计和开发出一类崭新的药物。本文介绍了近年来开发的几种以糖类为基础设计的新药:抗炎药物,抗粘着药物和抗流感药物。以结构为基础的药物设计,可以打破原有的化合物分类的框子。更有利于新药的研制和开发。
arbohydrates are a large group of biomolecules which are diStributed widely
in nature and involved in a great variety of physiological and pathoiogical processes. The
molecular basis of these processes are in-teractions between carbohydrates and proteins.
besed on separating and structural determining of relat-ed carbohydrates,a series of new
kinds of drugs can be designed and developed. In this paper some kinds of
carbohydrate-based drugs are recommended,including antiinflamation, antiadhesion and
antiin-fluenza drugs.Some methods which have been used to design carbohydrate-based
drugs,e,g. the deter-mination of complex of receptors with ligands,the visualixation of
complexes and search of more effec-tive ligands by some software on computer,all are
suitable to design other kinds of drgus. Structure-based drug design could break the original
classification of compounds,and contribute to design and de-velopment of new kinds of drugs.
