A NC Pleating Machine Controlled by a Single Beard Microcomputer

本文提出一种代替惯用打褶机的数控打褶机。它不仅能打褶出复杂的图案。且能对纤维织品进行热定型温度与计算打皱织品长度的控制。详细论述该设备的硬件、软件和调试中的有关问题。

A numerical control pleating machine controlled by the 'Micro profe- ssor' single board microcomputer is presented to replace the conventional one. This NC Pleating machine is not only able to pleat complicated patterns but also able to control the temperature of heat set fabric and to control the length of plicated fabric. The hardware, software and debugging of this equipment are described in detail.
