摘要
主动脉球囊反搏术(IABP)是对顽固性左心室功能衰竭和缺血性心血管疾病的暂时的机械性循环支持疗法。通过对23例IABP术后病人的护理,提出术后严密监测生命体征,观察和预防并发症,做好术后心理护理及基础护理,对提高疗效,促进病人早日康复起着重要的作用。
The percutaneous Intra-Aortic Balloon pump is currently the temporary mechanical supportive treatment for the management of refractory left venticular power failure and other ischemic cardiovascular states. This paper summarized the postoperative nursing care of 23 cases by IABP, pointed out that careful observation of the vital signs, prevention of complications, psychological nursing care are all very important.
