创伤家兔应激激素及血糖的变化与急性皮肤压伤的关系

Relation of Acute Skin Pressure Ulcer with Changes of Stress Hormones and Blood Glucose in Rabbits with Trauma

目的 探讨严重创伤条件下应激反应与急性皮肤压伤的关系。方法 制备家兔失血性休克和创伤性休克模型 ,并对后肢皮肤定时、定量施压 ;检测胰岛素、皮质醇、胰高糖素及血糖的变化 ,同时观察皮肤压伤程度。结果 与对照组比较 ,失血性休克组和创伤性休克组的血糖、胰高糖素及皮质醇水平显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,皮肤压伤程度也较重 (P <0 .0 1) ;进而按皮肤压伤程度将动物分组 ,随着压伤程度的加重 ,血糖、胰高糖素及皮质醇水平呈现增高的趋势。

Objective To explore the relationship between acute pressure ulcer and stress reaction in rabbits with severe trauma.Methods Hemorrhagic and traumatic shock models were prepared in rabbits,and a pressure in given value and time was applied on the skin of hind limbs,and the contents of insulin,cortisol,pancreatic glucagon and blood glucose were determined,and the degree of skin lesion was observed.Results For hemorrhagic and traumatic shock groups,the contents of blood glucose,pancreatic glucagon and cortisol were increased(P<0.05),and the degree of skin lesion was more severe(P<0.01) in comparison with sham control group;in addition,when the animals were classified according to the degree of skin lesion,a tendency was observed that the contents of blood glucose,pancreatic glucagon and cortisol increased with the exacerbation of skin lesion.Conclusion Genesis of acute pressure ulcer in severely traumatized rabbits is closely related to the intensity of stress reaction.
