To actively adapt oneself to the medical treatment requirement of the society and the army in new situation, the hospitalizing environment of the out patient and the emergency call were improved in our hospital, the management mode were innovated, the patient hospitalization were facilitated, the influence were enlarged, the patient hospitalization from the out of the army were pulled in, the quantity of the out-patient and the emergency call were increased in large extent; the society benefit and the economic benefit were obtained preferably.
