摘要
为探讨科室护士的在职教育的管理 ,本文阐述了临床科室护士的在职教育必须周密地计划 ,必须认真考核 ,必须学用结合 ;将护士的在职教育纳入规范化。
To inquire into the incumbency education of the nurses in the clinical department, it is expatiated in this article that the incumbency education of the nurses in the clinical department must be planned exhaustively, must seriously examine, must learn with using binding; the incumbency education of the nurses must be bring into the normalization and the system management.
