《汤液醪醴论》“神使”说治疗意义初探

The"Shen rendering" Theory in Treatise on Decoction and Tincture Exploring the Treatment Significance Rudimentarily

本文从机体和心理两个层面对《素问·汤液醪醴论》的“神使”学说进行了初步探讨,认为病人处于“神使”状态有利于临床疗效的产生或增强,而“神不使”则会导致治疗无效乃至无法施治。此对现代临床治疗学有十分重要的指导意义。

We explored and discussed the 'Shen rendering'theory in 《Treatise on Decoction and Tincture》rudimen-tarily from the body and mental aspects in this essay. We think that the patients in'Shen rendering'state will do good to exert or strengthen the clinically therapeutic effect, while the stale in 'Shen not rendering' will result in treatment ineffectual or unavailing which have importantly instructive meaning to modem clinical therapeutics.
