摘要
本文利用系统学的拓朴结构理论构建了企业可持续发展系统的分析模型；初步分析了企业可持续发展系统的量性发展和质性发展两个子系统的相互关系，说明了只有量性发展和质性发展相互协调、并驾齐驱，企业才可能获得发展的可持续性；而且指出企业发展系统可持续状态的获得和维持还需要一定的运行机制的介入和强化。
The article constructs analytical model of sustainable development system of enterprise with topology constructive theory. It analyzes interrelation between quantitative development ana qualitative development of sustainable development system of enterprise. And it emphasizes enterprise can attain sustainable development only when quantitative development and qualitative development are developed together. Meantime, the article also points out the attains of sustainable development of enterprise must have certain mecha- nism.
