对中小企业金融扶持的立法研究

Legislation Research on Financial Support to Medium & Small-sized Enterprise

中小企业在国民经济体系中占据举足轻重之地位，但其生存和发展却受到“融资瓶颈”的严重制约，而通过立法对其金融扶持是促进其发展之行之有效做法。通过对我国中小企业金融扶持之立法必要性和现状所做分析，并确定对中小企业金融扶持立法所求目标和遵循原则，从而构造出对中小企业金融扶持之合理法律制度。

Medium & Smal l-sized enterprises play the important role in national economy,but their existence and development are seriously restricted by financial problems,one effective solution is to support them with financial legislation.Analyzing current situation it is necessary for us to set up relevant legislation goals and regulations,then make reasonable law system for supporting medium & small-sized enterprises＇ healthy development.
