入世对策研究的方法论思考

Thoughts of Methodology on Countermeasure Research of China＇s WTO Entry

加入世贸组织对策研究的方法论非常重要。对此提出四论：积极迎接论，中国入世是必然选择，应以积极姿态迎接；利弊细分论，对入世利弊及对策应具体、定量分析；过渡阶段论，入世后有个过渡阶段，应充分利用；政府专题论，对入世后政府的职能调整应专题论述。

Th e methodology of countermeasure research of China＇s WTO entry is very important,for this reason four thoughts are proposed here:first,accepting positively,this results from the inevitable choice for China＇s entering into WTO;second,weighing the pros and cons,this demands a concrete and quantitative analysis;third,existing a transition period,which means we can make a good use of the transition before entering into WTO;fourth,the adjustment of governmental functioning after entering into WTO.
