我国东部沿海地区应率先发展知识经济

China＇s East Coast Region Should Take the Lead in Developing Knowledge Economy

我国东部发达地区凭借其特殊的历史条件和优越的地理区位，率先发展知识经济，可以带动东部与中西部地区的协调发展，而且东部地区在工业经济发展水平、知识化水平、技术创新能力及信息网络基础设施等方面也初步具备了发展知识经济的基本条件。因此，东部地区应加大力度开发人力资源、加快建设区域知识技术创新系统、加快产业结构的调整优化、加强科技法制建设，以率先发展知识经济。

If the well-developed region in the east of China takes the lead in developing knowledge economy by means of its special historic conditions and favorable geographical position,it will drive a coordination development between east and mid-east regions,what＇s more, east region has got the basic conditions of developing knowledge economy on the level of industrial economy,knowledge,technology innovating ability,and the infrastructure of internet.For these reasons,along east coast we should strengthen developing human resources,build regional knowledge and high-tech innovation system,promote industrial structure＇s adjustment and optimization,strengthen the legal system of science and technology in order to take the lead in developing knowledge economy.
