Teachers' ethics evaluation is an important method for teachers to discipline themselves by ethics,which may stimulate their career responsibility and ethics sense of honor, and arouse them to abide by the teacher ethics, so an ethics evaluation system should be set up with the participant of the teachers and the related social circles in order to strengthen the building of teachers' professional ethics.
