In this article the author thinks that to realize innovation of structure is the strategical behave for pushing forward the development in a large scale in the West and the economic development in Central West part as a whole.One of the important reasons for the reform in central west district relatively behind other districts is that the step of reform hasn't accompanied with the step of the development of capital market.We must attach high importance to push forward the innovation of structure in central west part of China. At the same time we must fully develop the role of capital market for pushing the reform forward and quicken the step of the development of capital market.
