隐性就业显性化的制约因素

摘要 隐性就业是在我国经济体制转轨和隐性失业公开化过程中 ,出现的新现象 ,它具有显性化的要求。但是 ,政府就业目标的稳定偏好、原企业的减负脱困偏好、新用人单位的节约费用偏好、劳动者个人的规避风险偏好 ,成为隐性就业显性化的制约因素。 Recessive employment is a new phenomenon which has appeared in the process of the transformation of economic system and the recessive unemployment becomes publicity of our country. It has the request of dominance.However,government has a preference for stability of employment goal,the original enterprises have a preference for reducing burden and free from a predicament,the new unit which employ personnels has a preference for economizing fee,the labourers themselves have a preference for evading from risks.All of these elements are the restrictive factors for restricting recessive employment becomes dominance.
