从人口老龄化论我国养老保障问题

From the Ageing of Population to Review the Security Issue of Providing of the Aged of China

随着我国人口老龄化高潮的到来 ,养老保障问题已经日益影响社会经济的发展。应该根据我国的国情 ,建立具有中国特色的养老体系 ,即以社会养老为基础 ,家庭养老作重要补充 ,其它养老方式并存的多支柱、多层次的养老保障体系。

Along with the coming of the high tide of ageing of the population of our country.the security issue of providing for the aged has been influencing the development of social economy increasingly.The author thinks that we should establish the seccerity system of providing for the aged which has Chinese character according to the circumstances of China,i.e.according to the social provide for the aged as the base,households provide for the aged as the important subsidiary,other forms of providing for the aged coexistent security system of providing for the aged.
