本文结合改革开放 2 0年来“加工贸易”的发展情况及我国实际国情 ,全面分析了“加工贸易”在对外贸易中的作用、地位及深远意义 ,认为只有大力促进“加工贸易”的发展 ,才能充分发挥我们的优势 ,迎接WTO的挑战。

In this article the author integrates with the situation of the development of “processing trade”for 20 years since the reform and open to the public and the real situation of our country ,all-round analysed the role、position and profound significance of “processing trade”in foreige trade,the author thinks we can only fully develop our superiority and meet to the challenge of WTO when we promote the development of “processing trade”with exert efforts.
