The industrialization management in agriculture is a common view of all fields. But how to operate or in which way to carry it out is not only a theoretical problem, but also a crisis in practice. The article gives analysis on the practice based on some areas in Gansu province where township enterprises are taken as carriers of agriculture industri-alization.The author comes up with his viewpoint arid corresponding policy.
