牙周炎相关菌抗生素药物敏感试验

Antibiotic Susceptibilities of Periodontitis-associated Bacteria

用琼脂稀释法测定了15～25株产黑素类杆菌群和2株核梭杆菌对四环素、灭滴灵、红霉素、氯洁霉素和杆菌肽的体外敏感性,同时用纸片扩散法观察了杆菌肽对173株产黑素类杆菌群的抑菌作用。结果表明:氯洁霉素对90%产黑素类杆菌群的最小抑菌浓度为≤0.05μg/ml;红霉素1.56μg/ml;灭滴灵6.25μg/ml;四环素25μg/ml;杆菌肽50μg/ml。2～4单位/片杆菌肽纸片对91.3%的产黑素类杆菌群有抑菌作用。2株核梭杆菌对氯洁霉素、四环素和灭滴灵敏感,但对红霉素和杆菌肽耐药。

In vitro,susceptibilities of 15～25 strains of blaekpigmented bacteroides(BPB)and 2 strains of fusobacterium nucleatum(F.n)to tetracycline,metronidazole,erythro-mycin,clindamycin and bacitracin were determined by agar dilution technique and of 173strains of BPB to bacitracin-discs by disc diffusion method.Results showed that MICs(μg/ml)90% for antibacterial activity of clindamycin,erythromycin,metronidazole,tetracycline and bacitracin to BPB were 0.05,1.56,6.25,25,50,respectively,that 2～4u/disc bactraein showed inhibitory for 91.3% of BPB and 2 strains of F.n showedsusceptible to clindamycin,metronidazole and tetracycline but resistant to erythromycinand bacitracin.
