摘要
本文以流变力谱仪为研究手段,对羧基型丙烯酸树脂固化体系固化过程中粘度随时间的变化进行了测试,并用Roller数学模型处理实验结果。讨论了固化温度、固化剂含量、丙烯酸树脂活性对固化过程的影响。提出了选择固化温度的原则,以及三种不同树脂固化体系粘度随固化温度、固化时间变化的函数关系。
The viscosity change with time of acrylic (with carboxylic group) -epoxy resin system during process has been studied by using the rheometer, the results were treated using Roller mathematic model. The effects of temperature, catalyst dosage and the activity of acrylic resin on the curing process have been discussed. The author proposed the principle to select the curing temperature and functional relations of the viscosity with curing temperature and time for three different resin systems.
