大型硫酸装置低压降两次转化技术的实践 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了200kt/a硫酸装置低压降两次转化工艺的设计。对ⅢⅠ—ⅣⅡ、ⅣⅠ—ⅢⅡ、ⅢⅡ—ⅣⅠ三种换热流程进行比较,从换热面积和换热均衡性的角度,论证了ⅢⅠ—ⅣⅡ3+1流程最为合理,对炉气SO_2浓度、温度的变化适应性最强。设计中还通过采用新型环状钒催化剂,低转化器气速、高效低压降换热设备,使转化工序的总压降达到26~28kPa。计算表明,在国内目前电力较紧张的状况下,大型硫酸装置采用这种低压降转化工艺,可达到设备投资与操作费用之间的最佳平衡,从而获得最佳的综合经济效益。 The process design for a 200 kt/a DC/DA sulphuric acid plant is described. A comparative evaluation for three heat exchange modes of Ⅲ Ⅰ-Ⅳ Ⅱ,Ⅳ Ⅰ-Ⅲ Ⅱ and Ⅲ Ⅱ-Ⅳ Ⅰ is carried out as to their total heat exchange area required and heat transfer balance between exchangers. The Ⅲ Ⅰ-Ⅳ Ⅱ arrangement is verified to be the most suitable for the plant due to its flexibility to the fluctuation of inlet SO2 concentration and temperatures of the converter. The conversion section is designed to operate at a total pressure drops of as low as 26-23 kPa by installing ring catalyst and selecting low gas velocity through converter and high efficient, low pressure drop heat exchangers. The design calculation shown that at the present time when electric power is in a short supply in China, the low pressure drop DC/DA technology provides for large-scale sulphuric acid plants a optimum balance between equipment investment and operation cost, resulting in significant compromised economic benefits.
