摘要
通过对铜精矿冶炼过程及冶炼烟气制酸过程砷、氟含量的测定,确定了在整个系统中砷、氟的分布。结果表明,采用76%酸洗或热浓酸洗净化工艺,难以使烟气中的砷、氟含量达到指标。建议将现有净化工艺改为稀酸洗净化工艺。
Arsenic and fluorine contents were determined to obtain their distribution behavior in copper concentrate smelting and sulphuric acid production with the off-gas. The results shown that the existing 76% acid scrubbing process and hot concentrated acid scrubbing process are inefficient to remove arsenic and fluorine from the off-gas to the control indexes for sulphuric acid production, so the weak acid scrubbing process is proposed as a substitute.
