摘要 本文介绍了用光气法合成PC的工业技术开发,主要阐述了所用工艺技术路线的特点、经济评价及可行性分析。本技术主要由以二氯甲烷(DCM)/氯苯(CB)为溶济的一步法界面缩聚合成工艺和液—液离心萃取及直接蒸发的后处理工艺组成,全流程可进行连续化生产。试验结果表明,该路线与间歇法相比在经济上略占优势;采用液—液离心萃取法洗涤、精制胶液以及用直接蒸发法除去卤代烷烃可使树脂的含氯量由650~750ppm降至20ppm以下,DCM含量降至0.05%;本技术所得产品的物理机械性能和电性能均与美国Lexan产品相近;因而可以认为本开发项目在经济上和技术上都是成功的。 The technical development of PC by interfacial polycondensation was introduced in this paper. with the emphasis onthe characteristics. economical evaluation and analysis of the feasibility of the technical route. This technique is composed ofone-step interfacial polycondensation synthetic technology, with dichloromethane (DCM)/ chlorobenzene (CB) as solvent. andliquid~liquid centrifugal extraction system, and direct evaporating is taken as the final treatment. The flow process could becarried out continuously. It was shown that the route was economically superior to intermittent process, the chlorinity of theprepared resin was reduced from 650~750ppm to less than 20ppm DCM content was less than 0.05%. The mechanical andelectrical properties of the prepared product was similar to those of American Lexan. It was believed that the development wassuccessful both in economy and technology.
