介绍了1996年度上海天文台人卫激光测距的观测和仪器系统的情况．以及白天激光测距的新进展。
This is a report of satellite laser ranging observations at Shanghai Observatory (ID 7837) in 1996. The total 599 passes and 307202 observations for twelve satellites (Lageos1, Lageos-2, Etalon-2, Glonass-63,Glonass-67, Topex, Ajisai, ERS-2, Starlette, Stella) are obtained and given in Table 1 and 2.The range accuracy of single shot is about 3cm (rms).The experimental daylight tracking to the low orbit satellites during December 11-20 are successful and listed in Table 3
