摘要
采用 pH 微电极测定高糖对10只小鼠 U_(14)瘤组织和正常组织 pH 的影响。结果显示注射高糖(10g/kg,i.p.)后1~6小时内,肿瘤组织 pH 显著降低(P<0.05),而正常组织 pH 无显著性变化;同时用酶法测得注射高糖后0.5~4小时内肿瘤组织中乳酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),而正常组织中乳酸含量无显著性变化,糖酵解产生乳酸和肿瘤组织血流降低是高糖降低肿瘤 pH 的机制。
In this study,pH microelectrode was used to measure effect of hyperglycemia on pHof routine U_(14) tumor and normal tissues.The results showed that between 1~6 hours after50% GS(10g/kg,i.p.)injection,tumor pH decreased significantly,but the normal tissue pHdid not change significantly;at the same time,the content of lactate in tumor increased si-gnificantly between 0.5~4 hours after 50% GS injection(10g/kg,i.p.),and also,the co-ntent of lactate in normal tissue did not change significantly.The authors suggested themechanism that hyperglycemia reduce selectively tumor pH.
