摘要
采用最大平均反应和 RD_(50)评价高糖对鼠正常组织热敏感性的影响;以肿瘤治愈率和 TCD_(50)评价高糖对鼠肿瘤组织热敏感性的影响。结果显示应用高糖后(10g/kg),在加热时间分别为75,60和45分钟时,最大平均反应显著增强,BD_(50)明显缩短;肿瘤治愈率显著提高,TCD_(50)明显缩短,所测得的TGF为1.84。因此高糖可选择性增强肿瘤组织的热敏感性。
In this study,the average peak reaction and RD_(50)were used to evaluate the responseof normal tissue to hyperthermia.Tumor response to hyperthermia was evaluated with thecure rate and TCD_(50).The results showed that after administration of glucose(10g/kg,i·p·),comparing hyperglycemia combined with hyperthermia with hyperthermia,the formermade the average peak reaction increase significantly and RD_(50)decreased markedly;andalso made the tumor cure rate increase significantly and TCD_(50)decreased markedly,thecalculated TGF was 1.84.These results indicated that hyperglycemia can selectivelyincrease the thermal sensitivity of tumor tissue.
