摘要
采用美国Fox软件公司和Microsoft公司在1992年开发的最新数据库管理系统foxpro2．5forwindows，建立了天体测量数据库，该数据库以全球天体测量领域中的观测资料和研究成果为数据源，具有扩充、读取、修改、查询及排序等多种功能，并且有操纵速度快、界面友好等特点。
Using the database management system(DBMS) foxpro 2. 5 for windows,which was de veloped recently by Fox Soft Company, the astrometry database has been established. Agreat deal of observations and reseach results in astrometry over world as data origin werecollected in this database. It possess many kinds of functions such as appending, reading,sorting, correction and browing data. Its characterization is that operating speed is very fastand exchanging information between the user and astrometry database is very easy.
