摘要
利用引文分析的方法,确定了我国天文学研究中的核心期刊,并且利用非线性拟合方法给出了描述我国天文学研究中文献老化规律的数学表达。由于所确定的130种核心期刊一般只占各天文机构全年期刊订阅总数的五分之二左右,其经费最多只占全年期刊订阅费用的三分之二,但对期刊的检索利用率则达97.7%,同时从所认识的文献老化规律看,收藏34年的文献能达到97.9%的保障率,所以认为本文的结论可作为国内各天文学文献情报部门决定经费使用及馆藏文献收藏期限和范围的具体依据。
In this paper, we have defined the core journals by the citation analysis and used the nonlinear fitting method to get an expression. f(λ) = x1/[λ3(e(?)2/λ-1)] for decribing the literatures ageing law on Chinese astronomical research. The number of defined core journals is 130, It is 2/6 of the total of the journals ordered in the each astronomical institution the expenses of the core journals are 2/3 of the expense of the whole journals per year. But the citable rate of the core journal is 97.7%. Based on the literatures ageing law on chinese astronomical research, we find that the literatures in recent 34 years are able to get in the guarantee rate 97.9%. We hope the conclusion in this paper is helpful to Chinese astronomical library when they decide to use funds and to give an orde'r for journals and service life of literatures.
