摘要
通过对中科院天文学文献资源布局的调查评估,认为现有的文献资源布局基本上是合理的。为使现有布局得到进一步的优化,提出了建立三级文献保障网络作为布局优化的目标,阐明了文献保障体系的文献范围和协调单位。为此必须发挥并加强天文学情报网的组织管理和协调联系的职能以及开展多种形式的文献资源共享工作。
From discussions on investigations of distribution of the resources for astronomical literatures in Academia Sinica, it is concluded that the astronomical literature distribution is basically reasonable. In order for the existing distribution to be got an optimization, we put forward the principle of the optimization distribution that can form the secure system of Chinese astronomical literature resources. And setting up the tripartite secure network of the literatures as a purpose, we expound the range of literatures and the instituties concerned in literature secure system. The measures that meet the purpose are to play a role of the Astronomical Information Network and to carry out the work of the literature resources being enjoyed together.
