摘要 以1-谷氨酸为起始原料经酯化、酰化、肼解、叠氮化和酰胺化获得题目化合物I。这些化合物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱加以确证。除化合物Ic和Ih外,其余尚未见文献报道。它们将在小鼠中作抗肿瘤活性试验。 L-glutamic acid was used as starting material by est erification,acylation and reaction with hydrazine hydrate afforded hydrazine derivative,then introduction of azide group yielded azide derivatve. Finally,the title compounds (I)were synthesized by am idation.These compo unds have been verified by EA,lR,HNMR and MS.Among them every compound excepted Ic and lh,has not been reported.These synthetic compounds will be tested for antineoplastic activities in rats.
