脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯单钾盐水溶液稳定性实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文采用化学动力学恒温加速实验方法,测得脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯单钾盐水溶液的降解反应速度符合一级动力学方程,属假一级反应。其水溶液最稳定PH值约为6.51,在此PH值下,25℃时样品的半衰期为200天。 A UV-spectrophotometry was used in assay determination of the remain DAS-K which dissolved in the buffers of potassium phosphate monobasic-sodium ptosphate dibasic at 252±inm at elevated temperatures.The stability of DAS-K was studied by classical isothermal chemical kinetic method in different PH value buffers of 5.5,5.8,6.1,6.4,6.7,7.0,7.3,7.7,and 8.0.As all the rate of degradation in different PH value was directly proportional to the concentration of DAS-K, the degragation was concluded to be a pseudo-first-order reaction.The most stable PH value was about 6.51.
