本文报道了22个芪甲酸类衍生物的合成及抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性,实验证明其中19个化合物具显著的抑制该酶的活性。抗癌活性筛选正在进行中。

In this paper, twenty two new stilbene-4-Carboxylic acid derivatives were Synthesized and their activites of inhibiting acety Cholinester ase are determined, 19 Compounds had shown Signifi cant activity of inhibiting acety Cholinesterase. Their activities of antitumor are being evaluated.
