着重介绍了微波对微生物、黄曲霉素、人及动物的生物效应，以及微波在浸取和医学上的应用。
The current status of microwave biological effects is reviewed. Some important biological effects on microorganism, aflatoxins, human and animal under microwave irradiation are discussed. The applications of microwave biological effects in leaching and medicine are also introduced.
