灵芝发酵液抗肿瘤的初步研究

PRIMARY STUDY OF ANTITUMOR WITH GANODERMA LUCIDUM FERMENTATIVE LIQUID

对灵芝发酵液抑瘤作用做初步研究。研究表明灵芝发酵液 (GL F)能显著延长腹水瘤小鼠的生存期 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,对实体瘤具有显著抑制作用 ,抑瘤率为 6 4.84% (P<0 .0 1)。灵芝发酵液体外对 3种瘤细胞无直接杀伤作用 (P<0 .0 5 )。分析灵芝发酵液的抗瘤作用可能是通过机体免疫系统介导的。

The antitumor effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Fermentative Liquid(GLF)was studied in this experiment.The results showed that GLF possessed antitumor activities by intraperitoneal in the treated group was 28.4±5.83 days.It was loger than that in the control group(13.7±0.82 days P<0.005).The tumor growth of the treated group was supressed and the tumor inhibition rate reached 64.84%.However,in vitro,GLF showed no direct cytotoxicity to kinds of tumor cells,which indicated that the antitumor effects of GLF was mediated by the host.
