摘要
目的 为了研究其生因子 PABA在龈下菌斑微生态平衡中的作用 ,拟筛选出一种既能满足 P.gingivalis基本生长要求 ,又含最低浓度 PABA的培养基。方法 在 Carlsson培养基中加入营养成分进行改良 ,将 BHI培养基系列稀释 ,共 6个培养基系列进行筛选。结果 P.ginsivalis在改良 Carlsson培养基中不生长 ,在 BHI系列稀释培养基中只有 1/ 2浓度才达到理想效果。结论 将稀释至原油质 1/ 2的 BHI培养基作为本研究的实验培养基。
Objective In order to study the effect of symbiotic factor PABA on the microecological balance of subgingival plaque,a kind of medium which not only meets the P.gingivalis's basal growing demand,but also contains the lowest concentration of PABA should be screened.Methods Adding a certain amount of nutrient components to Carlsson medium and serialy diluting BHI medium,count up to 6kinds of modified medium.Results P.gingivalis can not grow in the modified Carlsson medium|and can not grow well indilute BHI medium except 1/2 concentration.Conclusions 1/2 concentration BHI medium is screened as the experiment medium.
