摘要
本文报道了加硝酸镁乙醇液于样品点燃炭化再于550℃灰化后,用新银盐法测定砷含量的方法,回收率为89.6～109.8%,变异系数为4.3～6.7%,与药典方法测定结果比较无差异。
A new argentic salt method for the determination of arsenic in traditional Chinese medecines is des- cribed.Magnesium nitrate alcohol solu- tion was added to the samples and the samples were digested by dry ashing in 550℃ and then measured by new argen- tic salt method.The recoveries,the coef- ficient of variation and the detection Ii- mit of arsenic were 89.6～109.8%,4.3～ 6.7% and 0.054μg/g respectively.The reliability of the method was confirmed by comparison with Ag-DDC method (t= 0.334,P>0.5).
