兔血中叶枯灵的代谢产物的分离和鉴定 被引量:2

SEPARATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF YEKULING METABOLITES IN RABIT BLOOD BY REVERSED PHASE HPLC

摘要 本文用 RP-HPLC 法从染毒兔血中分离出叶枯灵的两个代谢产物。用标准品核对色谱行为,再经质谱鉴定,证实保留时间 tr=8.07±0.15min,为苯甲酸 S-氧-N-1,3-二噻茂烷酰肼(Benzoicacid s-oxo-N-1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidene hydrazide)。保留时间 tr=16.69±0.10min,为苯甲酸(benzoic acid)。 Yekuling(Benzoic acid-N-1.3-dithiolan-2-ylidene hydrazide) has been prored to be highly effective, low toxicitive and low residual new fungicide in our country.Yekuling meta- bolites have been listed as one of the national key items of science and techno- logy in Ministry of Chemical industry. In this paper,separation and identifi- cation of Yekuling metablites in rabit blood by RP-HPLC are described.The RP- HPLC conditions are;Shim-pack ODS column,methonal-water(39:61,PH=5 adjusted by HAC),flow rate 1.0ml/min, Column temprature 30℃ and detected by UV detector at 281 nm. The retention time of Yekuling in rabit blood is 10.67 minutes which is iden- tificated as that of Yekuling standard. The retention time of metabolite A is 8.07 minutes.Metabolite A has been identifi- cated as Benzoic acid s-oxo-N-1t 3-di- thiolan-2-ylidene hydrazide wi,h same retention time,RP-HPLC,UV and Ms spectra of synthetic compound.Metabolite B has been identificated as Benzoic acid by the same methods
