摘要 采用新型国产色谱填料——石墨化炭黑,用6.6%聚乙二醇-20M(PEG-20M)改性后用于酒类色谱分析,程序升温,一次直接进样,可以测定酒中醇类、醛类和酯类共22种组分。本法不仅可用于酒中卫生学指标:甲醇、杂醇油和糖醛的监测,而且能对酒的风味成分进行比较全面的质量监测。对其中11种组分进行了回收试验,回收率为81.0~106.8%。方法检出限为1ppm。变异系数<10x。对不同风味的四川酒样进行测定,获得了满意的结果。 The determination of alco-hols, aldehydes and esters in potable spiritswas accomplished with a new kind of chro-matographic packing made in China-graphitized carbon black (SHT_2), modifiedwith PEG-20M. By means of programmedtemperature and direct injection, qutanti-tative measurements of 22 components inpotable spirits can be simultaneously fin-ished in 50 min. The detect limit of themethod was 1 ppm. The coefficients ofvariation were less than 10%. The recoverytests of 11 components were carried outand the recoveries were in the range of81.0-106.8%. The method can be appliednot only to hygienic monitoring of meth-anol, fusel oil and furfural, but also toquatitative monitoring of aromatic com-ponents in potable spirits. The measure-ments of several Sichuan spirits sampleswere made with satisfactory results.
