摘要
作者用点燃效应模型对SC1001钠盐的抗痫作用进行了观察。实验结果表明,此药对马桑内酯所致家兔海马点燃性发作有一定的对抗作用,但肌肉注射SC1001钠盐100mg/kg的疗效不如肌肉注射苯巴比妥钠30mg/kg显著。
Healthy rabbits weighing1. 7-2. 4kg were used. According to Sawyer′satlas the stainless steel cannla and re-ording electrode were implanted into theleft hippocampus of each animal. The kind-ling experiments were started one weekafter the surgical operation. For kedling,all animals received injections of 2μl ofdiluted solution containing 0.55 or 0.32μgof coriaria lactone (CL) every se?ond day,through the single stain1ess steel cannulapreviously implanted in the nippocampus.Hippocampal EEG of all the animals wasrecorded by telemetric method and the be-havior of them was observed at the sametime Eighteen fully kindled rabbits weresepa-rated into three groups. The SC1001Na group of sfx rabbits was treated withSC1001 Na (100mg/kg, i.m.), the PB Nagroup (six rabbits) received phenobarbitalNa (30mg/kg, i. m.) .and the control groupof six was treated with pla-cebo (normalsaline, i.m., in the same volume as thatof the SC1001 Na injection);injections wereadministered once a day for two courses oftreatmentone course of treatmeni was 1week). The results of the experiment indica-ted that SC1001 Na (100mg/kg)had cert-ain effects on hippocampal kindled seizur-es induced by CL, bnt its curative effectswere not more notable than those ot PBNa (30mg/kg).
