摘要
本文以四边形平面壳体单元的有限元法建立了玻壳有限元计算的模型,并应用SAP5中四边形平面壳体单元的计算程序,对某厂56cm 彩色显像管玻壳应力进行了计算与分析,指出了玻壳体最大拉应力和压应力的部位,为进一步改进玻壳体的结构设计提供了参考依据。
A FEM method for tho shell is set up in the plane shell element based on FEM method.By using SAP5 software,the stress in all parts of the kinescope shell has been calculated and analised in detail.The area of maximum tension or compression stress on the tube shell has been found.A effective reference da- ta is offered for further study of shell fracture and improvement of shell stru- cture design.
