摘要
本文对麦草氧碱法制浆的工艺进行了研究,并选择了几种催化剂对其结果进行优化处理。结果表明:氧碱法麦草浆具有白度高、得率高、易打浆、易漂白等优点,同时其成浆强度性质优于碱性亚钠蒽醌法而略低于烧碱蒽醌法,且其成浆废液污染小,含硅量较低,利于碱回收。
The results of this study showed that the sequence of factorys influencing screened pulp yield and brightness and hardness from great to small is that NaOH charge>temperature>liquid ratio>time at T^(max).In optimization experiment, we discoveried that several acids(as MgCO_3、C_2H_4(NH_3)_2 AQ、MnCl_2+Cu (NO_3)_2)couldn't obviously increased screened pulp yield,only Na_2CO_3 may make screened pulp yield increase obviously.In contrast experiment of OAP with AP-AQ and ASP-AQ,the results showed that the screened pulp yield of OAP was increased 2%~4% averagely,its brightness was increased 8%~10%,and OAP was bleached and beatted easily.The cellulose content of OAP is higher and pen- tosan content is less,its lignin content is between AP-AQ and ASP-AQ,its stren- gth is similar as AP-AQ and ASP-AQ.The best important value is that the pollution of OAP is bess,its wasteliquid don't have content element S and COD is half of AP-AO's.The pH value of black-liquid of OAP is chear to neutral (PH=9.5),colour of black-liquid of OAP is lower,SiO_2 content in black-liquid of OAP is much less than other two pulps.The foam wishing OAP is very less.
