从大量资料分析,战国秦汉时期丝绸之路的主要供货地是山东。一是山东在丝路最繁忙的时期是全国丝绸业最发达的地方;二是汉代丝绸之路上输出的丝绸主要是平素类织物,与齐鲁地方产品相一致;三是丝绸之路上已出土的丝绸中,确有明确标为山东所产的。

Information analyses show shandong province was the main suppdy base for the Silk Road traffic in the period from the Warring states through Qin and Han Dynasties.This is evidenced by (1) during the time when the Silk Road was most heavily trafficked,the silk industry in Shandong happened to be the most prosperous one in the whole country,(2) the silk products exported via the Silk Road in Han dynasty were mainly plain fabrics, which are coincident with those then produced in Shandong,and (3) some of the silk fabrics unearthed from the Silk Road were evidently designated as Shandong products.
