现代卷烟纸纸机的设计探讨

A Preliminary Study on the Design for Modern Cigarette Tissue Machine

本文概述了我国卷烟纸机十年来技术改造取得的进展。对现代卷烟纸机的设计提出了若干探讨意见。主要是:合理设计流浆系统,正确选用流浆箱,网部脱水元件的配置,60复合压榨和湿压罗纹技术的应用,用热风辊代替烘毯缸等。并列举了一些典型图例和设计用参数。

In this paper, technical rebuilding of paper machine for cigarette tissue in recent ten years in our country are reviewed briefly. The design features of modern cigarette tissue machine are discussed, such as a new stock approach system, air cushion headbox, drainage elements at the fourdrinier table, type 60 Uni-press, wet marking press, and ventillating rolls etc. Also some typical diagram examples and the design parameters are presented.
