摘要
本文讨论了大烘缸(杨克式烘缸)疲劳设计计算问题。首先用有限元方法分析了应力随时同的变化规律,并给出了解析解简化近似计算公式,该公式经有限元法验证,具有足够的精确度。然后对烘缸用铸铁材料作了疲劳实验测定。给出了大烘缸疲劳工作条件下的应力安全区,为大烘缸的疲劳强度计算提供了设计方法。
This paper discussed the fatigue design computation of yankee dryer, Empirical formula for variation of the stresses with the time is suggested,and the accuracy has been verified by using the finite element method. Then the fatigue test has been taken for cast iron used in dryer cylinder and fatigue safty working area is given. The comprehensive fatigue design method is suggested.
