恶性淋巴瘤患者自身混合淋巴细胞反应水平的检测

Autologous Mixed Lymphoma Reaction in Patients with Malignant Lymphoma

本文报道对14例恶性淋巴瘤患者和13例正常对照的自身混合淋巴细胞反应水平的检测,结果表明患者组反应水平较正常对照组明显低下。提示恶性淋巴瘤患者可能有自身反应性T细胞的缺陷。

Human T cells can be in-duced to proliferate in vitro when they arecocultured with autologous Non-T cells.This phenomenon has been termed theautologous mixed lymphocyte reaction,AMLR. In this study, AMLR was assessedin 14 untreated patients with lymphomaand 13 age-and-sex-matched healthy con-trols. This difference was significant (P<0.001), suggesting that patients with lym-phoma may have impaired AMLR.
