摘要
目的:旨在探讨国产二氧化碳(CO_2)作为血管造影剂的安全性。材料和方法:分别给10只犬血管内包括腹主动脉(n=7),下腔静脉(n=3),肝动脉(n=5),肾动脉(n=5)和左心室(n=5)和左心室(n=2)注射CO_2(60~360ml),并观察由此所致的循环-呼吸系统体征(心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、心电图)和动脉血气参数(pH、PCO_2、HCO_3^-,等)的改变及靶器官(心、肺、肝、肾)的病理改变。结果:外周动、静内注射CO_2不会致犬心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压及心电图的显著改变(P>0.05)。2只犬左心室内注射CO_2后,心率减慢,呼吸加快,但2分钟后恢复正常。各种动脉血气参数均未明显改变(P>0.05)。靶器官的大体病理标本检查及光镜下检查未见改变。结论:国产CO_2是一种安全的血管造影剂,但仍需对CO_2脑血管造影的安全性做进一步研究。
Purpose: To investigate the safety of domestic-made CO_2 as a vascular contrast a gent. Materials and Methods: Intravascular bolus injections of CO_2 were performed in 10 dogs. CO_2(60~ 360ml)was injected into abdominal aorta(n=7), inferior vena cava (n=3), hepatic artery(n=5), renal artery (n=5) and left ventricle (n=2), The related cardiovascular and respiratory effects (heart rate, respiratory frequency, mean blood pressure and electric cardiogram), the artery blood gas parameters (PH, PCO_2, HCO_3^-, etc.) and pathologic changes of the target organs (heart, lung, liver and kidney) were observed. Results: No significant changes were found in heart rate, respiratory frequency, mean blood pressure and electric cardiogram when CO_2 was injected into peripheral vessels(P>0.05), But the heart rates descended and respiratory frequencies sped up in two dogs when CO_2 was injected into the left ven tricles and lasted for 2 minutes. Changes taken place in artery blood gas parameters produced by CO_2 intravascular injection were minimal, The difference were not statistically significant (P>0.05) .Macroscopic and microscopic observations of all target organs did not reveal any pathologic changes. Conclusion: Domestic-made CO_2 is a safe vascular contrast agent, but further study is necessary to assess the safety of injecting, CO_2 into the cerebral circulation.
